Well, the guy who lives next door came over and apologized for the situation a couple weeks ago. And they've at least managed to quiet down most of the time. So I guess they're not that bad.

That's really cool of them. I'm happy they took your complaint seriously and things are good now. It sucks when you have to live next to someone with whom you have a grudge.

The people who live across the street from my parents never even apologized for almost running over my brother, kick-starting what would be a decades-long feud between our families. (Alas, the late Ray Combs never had the opportunity to settle things.)
